Healthy eating

Ok so since 11/11/10 i decided to start eating healthier. Lately i had been eating out everyday, u know. Mcdonald's, Taco bell, Subway etc. None of these places are good for u, more like BAD! My diet is going to consist's of : lean meats, protein, whole foods, more vegetables, fruits and drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day. I know i got this in the bag, got through this day and i feel pretty good about it. Not really missing all the greasy food i was eating.

2010 Latin Grammy's

So the 2010 Latin Grammy's were held in Las Vegas, Nevada. The show was pretty good, not to mention all the artist's present. Dont really follow these shows, but i have to admit that they were pretty good this year. Tried winning tix to go, but wasn't possible this year. maybe next year, right? lol. Speaking of vegas, i want to go next year for my 22'nd birthday! damm im getting old, haha!
