Healthy eating

Ok so since 11/11/10 i decided to start eating healthier. Lately i had been eating out everyday, u know. Mcdonald's, Taco bell, Subway etc. None of these places are good for u, more like BAD! My diet is going to consist's of : lean meats, protein, whole foods, more vegetables, fruits and drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day. I know i got this in the bag, got through this day and i feel pretty good about it. Not really missing all the greasy food i was eating.
